Someone referred to me a client who has a loan was $150k to pay off $210k 7 month loan from Jan/Feb

In Business just over 1 year, 680 and 780 credit scores for the partners

Balance is now 120k? ( I received this at 170k)

180k in credit card volume monthly 350-400k mth total

Bad #'s from March 250k, April 350k ( they did renovations and lost 2 weeks )Today's month to date is fantastic should do 450k. P and Ls had a loss from a one time debt from the onset of the business ( not a recurring debt)

Who would be willing to pay off a 100-120k loan and give and additional 100k? 12 months min

waiting patiently untill 75k to do a 150k loan.

Given the credit scores of the owners and revenue of the business, we may be able to structure a $150k deal over a 12-18 month term where we would payoff their current balance and they net the rest less a nominal orig fee. If they need more capital in the future, we also have one of the most merchant-friendly renewal programs.
