How do you produce quality leads and back end support paying reps 75-90%? Just wondering, BC from my chair, that is quite a feat.

Our company is already established in that we have existing support and lead generation. Paying reps 75-90% is profitable for both parties. Reps who are payed out higher commission perform better we get both quantity and quality.

I see. So a rep has a $50,000 GM month and you guys make $5K and you send a check to the rep for $45,000? That's truly amazing.

It's simple math really. I know it's very very very hard to do simple math at times. It's also very very very hard to understand that there are companies who aren't flat broke who can actually support and provide leads to extraordinary sales reps. It may also be hard to understand what it's like to get paid how you should. But yes my company does this. It exists.

I would say it's hard to very hard. Very very very hard is a bit of a stretch.

Mortgage net branches didn't spoon feed you leads, unless the "leads" we are talking about are names and numbers off of sales genie.
