I have a Machine Shop that is averaging 9 negatives over the last 3 months. Merchant is averaging 46k over the last 3 months and no other advances, here are their numbers:

April: 30k - average ledger balance $-76 - 11 negative days

March: 52k - average ledger balance $2300 - 8 negative days

February: 57k - average ledger balance $2000 - 7 negative days

Direct lenders only PM if you can help.

Serious decline in revenue, increasing amount of negative days, I would say zero chance of an offer. Does the merchant have real estate? May be a option for WBL.

Acufund you may want to look at a finanance program where negatives to play much consideration.
Factors as a rule only consider the collectanility of outstanding invoices.
We might be able to set up an arrangement that helps they manage their money more efficiently and save of OD fees.
