They are factoring with Access Capital NYC but they won't agree to a standstill agreement

If they have real estate collateral WBL can provide multiple-year terms for up to 2X their monthly revenue

Phoenix - If the net income (not just bank deposits) is strong I might be able to make this work. While we normally charge more and our max term is typically 18 months, we are experimenting with longer terms and lower rates. Looking at funding a transport company right now with these terms. The client has to be solid though.
