    Real Estate Loan

    Does any know of a company besides WBL that will accept property as collateral for a loan? I need 300k and his property is appraised at over 2 million. He owns the property outright, no mortgage. Who can do this deal?

    No he is looking to purchase another lot on that land so he can eventually sell the entire property. He has no mortgage, owns the property outright.
