    Agreed. The people who believe everything that Trump is spewing are even dumber than those who believed everything Obama said. Guantanamo anyone?

    I think Sanders takes the cake with saying things that will NEVER happen. Who here wants to pay for free college for everyone, while people with philosophy degrees are serving overpriced coffee at Starbucks???

    Donald Trump Vows To Help Businesses By Scrapping Regulations;

    Just a thought Mark.
    Why do we use an arbitrary time such a high school to stop giving kids an education?
    Im neither agreeing or disagreeing but just seeing the lack of logic being utilized.
    As a country we have suceeded where others have failed. Why not broaden our thinking to the potential and instead of seeing the impracticalities try to find solutions.

    My problem is more with where does it end? And what about trade schools? Why not make more high schools with more technical classes? College is not the hold grail to success, and it should not be labeled as such.

    Why not with multiple PHD's.
    I agree about the trade schools but why not those after high school? Once again I'm asking you to look at the theory of education not the cost. Why shouldn't everyone have the best education this country can offer. That's a lot more than 12th grade.
    I think some of Bernie's ideas are excellent but poorly presented. In theory why shouldn't everyone have excellent medical care?
    Why should there be a battle royale between business owners and employees? Without one you don't have the other.
    That by the way is a big difference between a social Democrat and Socialist.

    This is a conversation that can go for hours. Education is a wonderful thing, nobody will argue that.

    Think about it this way. Public education (Up to 12th grade) in this country is not that great. Those who want to get a superior education for their children send them to private schools if they are privileged enough to do so. Same will go for Universities if education becomes free for all. Not only will consumption tax raise through the roof, all taxes will raise for the common taxpayer just to diminish the value of the degree. College would just become 13th - 17th grade. Not everything needs to be handed to a society. We are a capitalist nation who have grown to superpower status because of the competitive nature of capitalism. Why does everybody all of the sudden want to settle for just being regular? Bernie Sanders is a plague. His policies are absolutely in-executable, and thank god for that fact because if he ever got the opportunity to actually make his fantasies come true we'd just become complacent.

    ...because promising someone (free) healthcare is tantamount to slavery. You can't promise the doctor, the nurse practitioner or the surgeon's time to someone else. What if society demanded that you factor all of my deals for free? I'm sorry, but you have no right to another person's time and/or resources...That's exactly why all of our god given rights are inalienable and free healthcare isn't one of them.

    Just my 2 cents...

    In theory, why can't I have a 40 foot yacht in my backyard?

    For one, there are only so many yachts out there. They will be distributed to those willing to pay the most; this is true of anything of VALUE including healthcare and education. Its a supply and demand issue. Unless Bernie has a solution for the most basic economic concept there is, I don't see how all of these things are possible? If one person is willing to work 80hrs/week to afford the car/home/yacht/healthcare/education/freedom they want, why does someone who is only willing to work 40 hrs entitled to the same benefits?
