That's the interesting thing about human nature...how even just a little bit of success drowns any sense of humility and ultimately hampers success. People get so high on themselves they think they are the smartest creatures on the planet and their **** doesn't stink. Happens everywhere you look, celebrities, politicians, businesspeople, etc. I'll take smart, humble people any day over self-important sanctimonious jerks.

This is not necessarily saying that is the quality of people at On Deck since I don't know their senior execs. Just a comment on human nature.
