I have a client with a new business (2 months) he purchase homes in New York renovates them and then rents the rooms out until the house sells. He will be closing on two houses in the next few weeks cash sell so he owns them out right. he is looking for a loan for 35,000 to 50,000.00 and is willing to use the real estate to secure the loan since he does have bad credit.

Depending on where in NY we have an in house Investor that generally does 60 LTV for 12 months interest only..

Rate will reflect the credit..
