i know but its hard for me to submit a deal for with 120k monthly volume and when the rep says my merchants name Ted's auto (example) 25 ears can now attack my merchant...i mean stuff like this happens..that's why i personally recommend to submit to salary based companies not commission driven houses..just to risky.

sales reps on salary simply does not work....where is the upside...you need to properly incentive sales reps or they will simply do the bare bones minimum and hang out on FB and yahoo sports all day
