I believe this is a merchant processor who uses this trade name for funding their merchants, I ran into them last week on a deal we paid them off on.

From what I can see there are no UCC's filed under the name ZENITH CONSULTIN ACH nor do I see their that they are any affiliation of Pearl.

One of our clients had them in their renewal documentation and when we requested the pay off letter for it I believe it was NuGrowth Capital letterhead.
