I have a client based in Toronto, CA who is seeking $1.8 AR for at least 80% to 90% financing and terms of 1.15. They have been in business over 2 years and does not want to put up any real estate as collateral.

I do have financials and projections up to April.

I prefer direct lenders as I'm already working with a broker. But if you may be able to get close to the 1.15 then we may have a deal.

If he is pledging AR he is pledging collateral. If he is seeking Senior Debt and your Intermediary can't help, feel free to reach out to me..
