    10M+ but has criminal background

    Had an otherwise clean deal for FCircle but criminal background came back 10+ years ago for assault which was thrown out in court. And had an incorrect showing for theft 6 year ago, merchant claims that is incorrect and not him.

    Anyone close to a FC that will consider this?
