We worked on several deals in the last two weeks whereby the owner is in trouble with their senior bank facility with a regional lender or private equity sponsored company had a similar situation.

Hi Kevin, do youstructure your receivable lines using a borrowing base?
For all who may be interested Kevin's represents a bank and generally has lower rates than the rest of us who practice this black art.

We can structure ABL facilities that utilize a borrowing base. You are correct in suggesting pricing is not the only thing potential borrower seek. We are fairly flexible on AR advance rates and can include inventory and M&E as an accommodation.
