I just lost a deal to someone in the construction industry who claims that another lender usurped my $100K offer for 6 months behind a $125K first with a $100K second with a $123K payback on 12 month terms.

I have a few lenders who do seconds but never heard of one going 12 months. Any clues who is offering these terms?
