Is this the outdoor and sports product company located in New York? If so, good luck on that one, the person that handles all the paperwork, who is probably the real owner, just not on paper is a pretty shady dude. Pretty sure he lived in New Jersey. If this describes the deal you are referring to then save your time and move on.

ondeck only requires 50% ownership
