IOU does Cali and they also do insurance companies. They will go all the way to 18 months with probably some of the most competitive rates in the industry. If you are licensed in Cali, then send it to IOU. They will not accept your submission unless you have your license. The same exact story goes for Quarterspot

    Hi,

I am a direct lender and think I can check all the boxes mentioned.

I am not a MCA company. From the client's perspective, it is often more appealing, with a monthly payment much like a term loan.

Don't have a problem with the industry type, as long as the profitability is there. I need to see net income sufficient to make the monthly payment, with margin left over.

$100k is my minimum funding amount (max is $2M)
We fund in all fifty states, so Cali is not a problem
Per the note above, my main driver is net income. Yes, of course I am keenly interested in banks, credit, deposits, etc. But net income must be there.

Feel free to reach out and discuss.

    Best,

what's the pass thru on this? All the deposits in the world don't mean squat, if the merchant doesn't keep any of it.

TBB (and others) do this SIC CODE when they know what the pass thru is. Insurance guys are usually around 20%.

So that $180K a month is really only 36K a month......

Seeking 1st position for licensed insurance agency selling annuity products

We just got a transportation company based out of Cali a 1st position fund for 1.1 million, 12 month term with factor rates starting in the 1.2's - 1.3's range. Credit was 700's. Seems like a similar file with only the revenue lower but what they are seeking is realistic. Please contact me if you have not found a home for this file.
