then we just have different definitions of the word simple.. That to me means good boss and hard worker, not simple

when using it to define a person we see it different either way neither of us are saying anything that has to do with the thread so it doesn't matter. It they are simple or not has nothing to do with why there are over pulls after an advance is paid off
