Concrete business doing 400k-700k monthly looking for 2nd position or refinance

I have a customer doing concrete business, we are the only position.

    He never Missed a payment
Account is often negative, have some NSFs but never has one single payment returned.
Has NO Account Payable, pays for all materials and supplies Immediately
Has ONLY Account Receivable---usually AR is 300-400k
    Deposits are 400-700k monthly

We have funded him about 400k over the past year.
He makes high daily payments (as high as 4000.00 per day), He can handle 2500 daily no prob.
Current MCA balance with Camana is 90k. We are first and ONLY position. We like to keep our clients at a 100k max.

Looking for 4-6 months offer, 2nd position or refinance. We are just trying to keep low balance on every client.

Has 5 month statements, around 50 deposits monthly, Good credit around 650.

Please email me if interested: iris.feng@camanacapital.com

If the client is going to stack, why shouldn't they do it themselves, and make some commission?

because there are times stacking makes sense and is fine . this merchant is doing 70kk and they capped at 100k . if they would have went to you first they probably would have gotten 500k .
that said , i feng you might be better getting yourself bought out and make commission on a large deal plus your full factor right away

OK, Fair enough. I guess I am just old school and don't want anyone stacking on me. But if the lender is in first position and they are OK with someone stacking then sure, go for it!

Yep, I agree with this, from the lender perspective. Your ROI shoots up with early payoff and you get paid again on money you already loaned.

We don't mind a 2nd on top of us as long it is large, like 50k. And refinance would be also good. Thanks

Thanks Michael. If they can get a large deal and buy us out it would be good. A large 2nd is also okay.

They are a solid customer to us. But we just wanted to keep small balance on clients.

If you're ready to allow a stack behind you I would think the same logic would allow to subordinate to senior lender. The one big difference is in general that lender will probably grand a limit you may feel comfortable. If you are open to discussing that point for this or future deals we should talk.
From your description of the deal your client may qualify for an Asset Based Loan. Construction companies May have respectable invoices and paid for construction equipment.
FYI, we often can get more capital for large contractors that factoring alone can.
