    Obtaining CA lending License

    Anyone have a lead on a Surety Bond provider? All I can find is MTGE broker bonds etc...

    Just call your commercial insurance agent. They should be able to get you a surety.

    I believe we started with suretybonds.com and ended up going through Western Surety Company. My partner handled most of it, I've just been signing, fingerprinting, etc as necessary but hopefully that provides you with some direction! Best - Ryan
