Franchise Funding/Financing

I have a client who handles the franchising for a restaurant chain (over 100 branches currently). The client has 10 new franchisees, all in different financial situations, but most with pretty good credit. Many of them are home owners as well. They each need between 100k-275k, depending on location and build out, to get the ball rolling. Let me know if you, or someone you know, may be of help. Serious suggestions only.

CAN used to have a kick-butt restaurant franchise program.

In case these would be considered "Startups" by the other funders, WBL can facilitate these deals for you.

If they are credit worthy look into an SBA loan. It is a longer process but its a great program for startups
