This scenario would really help the state of Illinois expedite things

Yeah this is insane, but at 12 positions, it's obvious this merchant knows what he is getting himself into. Standards are necessary for transparency and disclosure, but making something illegal because you don't like it is not the answer. At some point the merchant ought to show some responsibility as well.
