Lol I would prefer not to do that, simply to not give away the name of the company or to create issues between funding shops. I think I already gave enough info for the shops that know this file to know who this is.

Yeah this is insane, but at 12 positions, it's obvious this merchant knows what he is getting himself into. Standards are necessary for transparency and disclosure, but making something illegal because you don't like it is not the answer. At some point the merchant ought to show some responsibility as well.

Ok I will probably get shot here for saying it . But what is the big deal he is still under 15% of gross that nearly every lender is willing to take up to .
Is there a big difference between getting it all from one ,two lender or getting it from 12

While that is a point to make I would wonder why the merchant did not just take it from one lender, or re-up from one of the original funding sources as opposed to taking another position

It's an interesting point your raising, but the only thing I'd care to know is how the merchant is handling those 12 payments? If he's managing his cash flow well and it looks like he could support another position, then I get what you're saying about getting funded from 12 "investors" instead of 1.
But if the merchant is driving down "bounce-city", then it never matters how much money he's making on a monthly basis

Yes but the fact that a company doing 50,000,000/year is willing to take such expensive money is scary. There is a good reason why they are doing it, and logically their explanations make sense, it is still scary however.
