Negative income is not the defining criteria, cash flow is.

Jeff, you've had this deal posted for a week. Is it still open? If so I would like to talk about it to see if they have positive cash flow and an equipment description.
The losses and negative equity are not the most significant criteria.
If the deal is till open I'd like to talk about it for a few minutes to learn their business, what the equipment is, why they're losing money and what plans they have to turn the company around.
