Imaging Company Needs $130K for Equipment Lease/Purchase (MRI Machine)

Client needs to purchase MRI machine for $130K.

Credit used to be impecable almost 800. Now, it's about 680.
    2013 & 2014 tax returns show about $389K & $160K respectively.

Problem: These were the figures for the client just working the business part-time. He also operated a full-time restaurant partnership which he got out of. Since what he was doing was imaging, he realized that he is losing the majority of his clientele to MRI companies very fast & the purchase of such a machine will cause business to boom instead.

Any lender who can finance medical equipment will know what I'm talking about, because I doubt my client is the only one going through this scenario. X-rays aren't the thing any more. People are going straight to MRIs, from what I'm understanding.

If you can finance such a deal, or has a strong lender who can get it done, please PM or email: solidmerchantsolutions@yahoo.com

PLEASE do not email me if you're just an MCA company...

After a little more thought the company sounds perfect for a SBA Fastrack loan through Smart Biz.
If you do that you need to be careful how you charge them. I suspect I'm preaching to the choir .
If you haven't I have some forms that may be used.

I've given more thought to your client's need. A cash advance would not get them enough money and raised questions of ability to pay it back. I don't think they will qualfy for a traditional lease.
I would consider a SBA loan through Smart Biz. They sound ideal. I believe they may qualify even if they have not had positive cash flow within the last two years.
If you go this route be careful how you structure the fee you will charge the client.

RE Fastrack: Agree with Bob on the fee structuring.. Larger issue likely is timeframe. Whereas those folks can turn things around somewhat expeditiously, the clients ability to secure and furnish documentation is typically what makes the process drag.
