Low-Rate Business Loan for Company Doing $1m/yr Avg - Needs $150-250K over 3-4 yrs

I have a client doing really well, but recently has a new program that would increase revenues if only they could have at least $150-250K in capital. Preferably would want this to be a line of credit, since their customers are mainly franchise stores.

They have steady inflow of business, and constantly replenish inventory. They are looking for a line of credit preferably in the single digit rates. Anyone offer such a program as a direct lender, or know of the right lender to go to?

They currently have 2 small advances out, which they are comfortable repaying if the lender insists on being in 1st position. They will pay off prior to funding instead of double-dipping on interest...
