Whats the average daily balance that the merchant keeps in the business account ?

    Thank you.

LoanMe can take a look at this if it is a "for-profit" business. LoanMe's only business type restriction are non-profit's. Paid by the state could mean the daycare is a non-profit. The number of deposits are not an issue for us as LoanMe's minimum number of deposits per month is one (1).

How long is the state taking to pay them? I am sure they could use some AR financing. I will send you a PM.

Thanks Davis3003! Yes, this sounds right up our alley (assuming it meets our other funding guidelines) -- we fund a ton of low but predictable deposit businesses.

But like LoanMe said, this would have to be a for profit business (non-profits are restricted for us). But being paid by the state doesn't mean the business is non-profit. We have tons of deals similar to this (paid by state once or twice monthly) on our books.

This is pretty common with daycares and we have funded plenty! This deal is right up our alley.

In my opinion if they are paid by the state and you can confirm this. That is the only way I would fund a day care. The issue with us is the 2 deposits per month only (risky).

A daycare turned down my 'way too expensive' capital 3 months ago, was on my calendar today for follow up, out of business.
