    Real Estate Deal

    Audio Consultants looking for 150-300k. Real Estate free and clear worth 1.2m looking for a lender who is willing to do a monthly payment. Have all financials ready to go. As far as real estate deals the only lender in my arsenal is WBL.

    free and clear real estate worth give 1.2, i can do that and give him an interest monthly payment with a balloon - his exit plan would be conventional re-fi

    this is out of WBL's wheel house - the difference is we are Asset based lenders - wbl wants to look at your financials

    Depending on location we would be interested. Rates from 8.99 - 17.99 monthly I/O or amortized up to 25 years. Depends on the deal
