I seem to only write negative post and I sincerely apologize if I am the Debby downer on this site but a day after dealing with rude underwriters and
Incompetent ISO managers I had to vent I have signed up to almost ever direct lender out there and only deal with three that have people ,process ,and product . Most the people are rude and get annoyed when you call and that is if they pick up the phone lol , process quick efficient underwriting with good offers and favorable terms and lastly product(money) that's they one thing all the companies say they have but I'm starting not even to believe that I think most of these companies are under capitalized and decline fundable deals because they don't have the liquity you to do so . With that said shout out to The business BAcker they are excellent S.o.s and Yellowstone

ISO managers should be pretty responsive because they are compensated on your productivity. On the other hand, if you're one of those obnoxious ISOs who only submits a deal per month but still expects the white glove treatment then you'll probably be ignored...

Cresthill has account managers that pick up on the first few rings..email me and i will assign any ISO with one. They sit in a circle with the Underwriters and can get you an offer in 3 Hours with Double Digit Commissions and minimum stips especially on files under 25K....

LOL...but no laws against that..there are funds that gave radio shack 9 digits in the last few months they were in business..if they want the risk its fair play..in my mind thats like giving life insurance to Ebola victim but its a free country....If anything regulators want to help Chapter 13 Bernie Sanders would be more then willing to have a law to not discriminate a convicted Felon to drive a brinks Truck and will say its not fair for enforcing the closed window law in Chicago's summer days.
