Not sure if this is right place to ask, but I have several income producing acquisitions I'm looking to get funded. Can anyone do acquisitions (ex. new purchase of a shopping mall, plaza, retail store, or other type of income producing property?)

Thanks Richard, will check them out. Does anyone know of an actual direct lender that does acquisitions? Scotsman guide looks like a place to post a potential deal, but I like this forum because I feel I can get honest feedback about real lenders out there.
