This job requires you to be working in our office, not a remote location.

Role and day-to-day responsibilities:

-Collaborate with like-minded, hardworking people to meet growing business needs

-Work with Independent Sales Organizations to help secure financing for their clients nationwide.

-Be the intermediary between sales agents and our in house underwriting team.

-Manage relationships with sales agents and develop new relationships with agents via telephone.

-Prospect and pitch eligible sales agents.

-Facilitate the necessary paperwork and correspondence with all parties.

You Should Be:

-Results-driven and self-motivated

-Comfortable conducting business over the phone.

-Articulate and well spoken, strong communicator.

-Strong and analytical skills. Must be able to analyze financial documents on a case by case basis.

-Strong with time management skills.

-Able to work well in a team-enviornment

-A hard worker with a positive professional attitude.

-Seasoned in sales and/or relationship management (min 2 years' experience)

2 mil a month... I know a couple brokerages that FUND more then 2 M a month....

Horror Story's, Haha. If you are referring to a split deal that was posted about 3 days ago, I saw batches than the ISO instructed his client to remove the lock box and the deal was 95% done. We have been around since 2013, we are a direct lender and do not syndicate. When a deal is closed you get commission next day and any deal you close with us over 10K you get a 100 AMEX gift card. I encourage you to give us a shot and see for yourself, but that's completely up to you.
