Client looking for $1mil line of credit
I have a client who is a FedEx contractor who owns around 60 routes and is looking to buy more. Last I checked credit was around 700 4 years TIB. Wants to use the line to purchase more ISP routes. Very profitable however kind of a weird structured company. Any thoughts?

Client looking for $1mil line of credit
. Jim, I believe there are abl lenders that would place a dollar value on the routes themselves.
Thanks, Bob

Hi Jim,
I am a direct lender and may very well be able to help your client, most likely by leveraging the revenue from your client's existing Fed Ex routes to purchase the additional routes he desires.
Let's touch base on Friday, if possible.
Thanks,

Dan you actually going to offer a line of credit or just an advance with monthly ACH.. Don't think this merchant will get a LOC. He can sure get other money. But if someone actually does a LOC for him let us know

My funding structure is not a traditional line of credit, but a lot of our clients effectively treat us as a line of credit, using our funds over and over again. That stated, we are structuring a funding for a large law firm right now that looks a lot more like a LOC, so there is some gray area there.
If I read this correctly, what this client is looking for is very similar to what we have done multiple times for other clients, wherein a client is growing healthily, has solid revenue coming in, and needs help to grow to the next level. Essentially, we are leveraging the existing revenue to fund future growth.

Jim, there are several options here. I think what's best for your client may boil down to how long he needs for the routes to pay for themselves.
