A lot of banks can do public companies the most important thing is that you need a board resolution signed by the board of directors giving the person signing for the loan power to sign on behalf of the company to acquire funding and also permission to take on debt in the name of the entity

Also make sure you discuss guarantees up front with your lenders as you most likely wont get personal guarantees from anyone.

if it is subject to board vote . good luck . in our industry they want to see a poa with the ceo and have him sign on it
