John & Carl - They used to be managers at Happy Rock AKA One Source and they like to do quick in an out 5k to 10k, they are stackers. .

-- Entrepreneur Now provides alternative financing to businesses that do not fit the criteria of traditional banking products. As far as "stacking" goes, I believe that is frowned upon in this industry. --Not sure who John & Carl is, however I do know who Gian & Karl are. I don't know you guys from a hole in the wall but you have one of my dialer numbers listed as the contact number when you do a ACH debit....I am asking that you immediately remove it 646-545-3163

Must be a new number you have, it was one of our VOIP #'s when we first started. It has been fixed

This is just sad...I count 5 funding companies debiting the one account all on the same day. I'd be curious to know the order in which this business was funded. Unless the merchant got financed all within a short period of time so the funders couldn't tell and the UCC wasn't made public yet, I would guess:

MCC (wont stack)
ODC (usually will only go behind 1 MCA)
YS
Pearl/Wide (no regard for other positions)
Wide/Pearl (no regard for other positions)

We do not ever fund behind an outside funder after we broker a deal to them
