We are currently looking for a top level sales rep with at least 2 years industry experience who is ready to move up from sales rep to partner/owner who gets a piece of all the action. If you have been at it a while and doing well but know you have hit your ceiling then we should speak. We are located in New York and need someone local. Your responsibilities as a partner will be to hire, train & manage a sales floor.

Desired Qualifications:
• Previous Inside Sales experience.
• Working knowledge of alternative financing products (merchant cash advances and non-traditional business loans)
• Proven track record obtaining monthly/quarterly goals
• Personable, comfortable and articulate on the phone
• Ability to hire & manage a team/sales floor.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Languages: English
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel)
• CRM experience
