$2.2MM monthly revenue, constantly negative

Deal was referred to me from a banker, so I'm trying to piecemeal it together. I can fund around $200K based on their collateral, but I need as much extra as I can get.

Any idea of where to go with something like this?

Maybe there are other options Zach. What does this business do for a living? Do you think an ABL could work?

I would love to, but the referral partner who brought me the deal already has the A/R tied up. Also, he has over 300 UCC filings, so equipment and other tangible assets are not an option.

With that many filings I assume
that many are purchase money deals on individual or small lots of equipment. Can any of those be refinanced?
