Update guys, the lender is stalling by saying that their Decision Logic link isn't working. They've also requested 24 months of cleared rent checks to delay the process. They also cut down the approvals from $150K and $100K to $75K and $75K, so their loan request is now only $150K.

Can anyone get them funded today?
