according to one of my associates who is from mexico, there is no such thing as a cash advance in mexico. if there were, it'd probably be coming from the cartel (lol)

so they do have loan/funding options though, and the following is an example:

Banks do most of the credit issuance in mexico whether it be to private or public sectors and i am giving you this information thinking you're trying to help a friend or something because it wouldnt be too lucrative for you to broker one of these deals to a merchant
