I have a merchant I am currently working with that owns a "boutique" lead company. They provide data for several industries: Oil & gas, media, entertainment, precious metals, etc.

Bank statements look good. Deposits are around 75k a month, No NSF's. Basically the bank statements aren't the problem, it's the industry.

They were really looking for a term loan, but FICO is just a bit too low for FC.

I think they would go for a 12+ month term with a daily if it's even possible given the industry type.
