Trucking company relocated from Canada to Florida exactly a year ago. Owner has over 5 years business experience, but only has been in business for 1 year in the United States. He has no credit history because his SS# is new. However, he can provide Trade Credit References from Canada and couple of equipment lenders based in the USA that helped him, but they do not report on his credit report. He has 3 trucks (two being financed and one placed as additional collateral).

Bank deposits are consistent ($50,000 per months) no NSFs or Negative Balances for the past 6 months and $7,000 Average Daily Balances. The client can put 10% as Security Deposit.

He is buying from a Private Party, not a dealer.

Good morning William, I doubt you will find a direct lender anxious to financed the truck with only 10% down.
I know the best broker in the business. let me know if you want his contact information and I'll send it when I get to my computed.

As long as they're references check out and they have strong reserves and Cashflow we would consider this deal with 10% down.

You're welcome, good luck. FYI, I receive a lot of different types of funding requests, so I've branched out beyond MCA and found solutions for other types of financing. Of course there are some credit contingencies and you don't always make as much money as MCA's, so I think of it this way, if I walk away from deal, I'm making $0, rather make something from every client that comes my way.
