Capital Even Before Relocation? Looking for $25K

As insane as this sounds, it can only happen to me...
The only reason I put it out there is because I tend to run into some maniac-funders who have a way of making things happen, or I find out about about another form of financing out there that caters to very niche needs; so why not through it out there? On top of that, it's a restaurant!

Merchant has to relocate due to a serious sub-lease dispute. Has been closed for the past 7 weeks & is about to enter into a new lease. They're looking for $25,000 to help with operations at the new location.

Average monthly gross at past location: $32K
Credit: unknown
Business started: last year

Is there even the slightest grain of hope for financing a business like that or does it go back to startup status?

Understanding the Guarantors credit would help- as without any sales/revenues what exactly is lender lending against?
