California. Always deposits around the 10th of each month.

Let me find out more. From what the client has explained, he goes through a broker almost like a franchise thing. The broker sells him the "contracts" for cleaning services. The "broker" collects the money directly from the client then pays him once a month. He wants the money to buy more "contracts". I am in the process of trying to get the paperwork from him.
