I'm browsing around for a dialer system, and of course my first stop is right here at DF to see what my friends in the biz have to say. Looks like Mojo is getting good referral action on other threads, so I thought I'd ask if anyone is using that currently, and what the takeaways are at this time.

Any help in this area is greatly appreciated.

vicidial looks so 1983 I feel like I'm back in grade school. I will say that Newbridge is truly outstanding, oriented for large (Hyyyyyoooooge?) call centers with the correspondingly ginormous price. Zoiper is Zoiper. I would avoid debtpaypro as they are about the single worst customer service / tech support entity I've dealt with in a 30 year association with the personal computer.

MOJO is good if you have under 4-5 guys on the phone because of its unlimited airtime option. But once you get over 6-7 people on the phone vici is way more cost effective because you don't have to pay per user. Since its open sourced the only thing you're paying for is the initial setup and airtime.
