    Sales metrics

    Hi Guys,

Wanted to get feedback on conversion rates to compare notes on a new campaign. Im seeing 1 out of every 100 "contacts" convert into a funded deal. So far thats on a 2 week trial, I don't think that could hold up in the long run but feel those are strong conversion rates.

    Thoughts?

    FYI

A "Contact" is just data that was specifically filtered and targeted to certain industries and other variables.

You need to break the numbers down further. How many full submissions (app, 3 months bank, etc.) can be generated from the 100 contacts?

full submissions are 3 full packages so far out of the 100 contacts. Closed 1 due to qualifications and interest in the term / rate.

From a data campaign, using targeted data, is a 1% return that bad? I would imagine on a campaign like this, you would be getting higher quality clients then on a UCC lead sheet.

100 contacts meaning 100 phone calls on a cold list? That is amazing, and you should keep that secret to yourself, because that is much better than anyone else in the space.

So so far you have 3% full returns for a potential offer, and 1% closure rate. Obviously too small a selection to make real projections from, but to me that sounds pretty good, especially if you are not paying for inbound 'hot' leads

That campaign sounds good to me but it all depends on how much your 100 names cost. If you pay pennies per name, then you've got a gold mine! If you pay $25+ per name, I'd probably pass...

Not exactly a cold call list, I would say warm call list. Small sample size though so far its only been running 2 weeks, maybe I just got lucky and had a good batch.

That is data and leads in general. Quality comes in clusters whether it is old lists or newer lists. Nice work though.

Funding 1 out of 3 apps is a good ratio . The issue is its not enough data in till you fund ten . I remember my first ever cold call , I had no clue what I was doing and brought in an app while still on the phone with the guy . my ego was sky high in till it took over 200 calls to bring in app number 2
