Talem Funding was started because broker payouts in the 15 - 40% range are ridiculously unfair. Payouts of that size do not demonstrate the fact that without brokers, the people who run ISO's are nothing. As of this moment brokers are underpaid and undervalued.

What does an ISO owner have - agreements with funders?

And What does the ISO owner provide the broker - A desk? A telephone? An email address?

The biggest thing an ISO shop provides is some name recognition that the broker isn't john doe calling the merchant from a pay phone. But even still, brokerage shops have a bad reputation that keeps on getting worse.
