A,B,C,D,F PAPER-- I am doing this a while a consider myself to have a very good grasp of underwriting and what banks want to see. Outside of "A" paper does anyone actually have a clue what banks mean when they use these other letters?

in truth, what is A to me might be F to someone else...so I think that the whole "letter grade" system is a farce.

100% agree with you, and everyone uses them when in reality nobody has a clue what they mean.. Really lets be honest wtf is "C" paper.
