Love the guys that have 8 figure revenues and think investors should throw bags of unsecured money at them without even a PG. I usually laugh and hang up. You should too.

They will do PG for right terms, but no UCC. Sufficient cashflow. Solid sources can message me

Agreed. Why would I give money to someone who does not have enough confidence in their business to sign a PG?

Quarterspot... NO UCC, NO PG... same day funding. I can broker the deal for half the points if you dont have time to wait to sign up.

So yes there are funders that can do no UCC lending and in some cases no PG. Merchant can do PG for the right terms but seems like this deal is beyond the scope of the respondents on this thread. thanks
