I have a lot of residential and commercial non-performing and performing notes available as low as 21% LTV with a default rate of about 24%, in multiple cities throughout the US - some are in foreclosure proceedings which would be a good situation for the buyer especially with the low LTV. Or you could work out the situation with the current tenant and collect your 24% for a few months.

One of the best deals I have is a 20 story medical building appraised at 15.8 million available for 3.2 million.. #letsmakeadeal
