I have worked with them for years, I actually started in this industry workign for their in house sales. I trust them, if they tell me I am competing I believe it is with another ISO.

Credibly has some great offerings, BUT I submitted a deal and a very helpful rep mentioned it was already in the system and approved for $100K.
Shortly after I got an offer for $75K from them. I complained and they upped my offer to $100K but it left a bad taste.....

NLF used to be the MCC retail arm (now everything is under BizFi as I understand it). Back in those years, when under different management (and I am going back 6-7 years), they used to have a different pay grid for in house reps over outside ISO's, so the same deal would get a better offer in house than for outsiders (unless you wanted to cut commissions). They also used to hand out ISO client lists to solicit when the ISO became dormant, or fell in bad favor.

But like I said, that was the MO years back....cannot confirm nor deny anything that goes on currently.

I have no idea what kind of picing grids people are on there now I am out of there 6 years. What I am sure of is if I am competing on a deal it is because it was submitted by another ISO and everyone involved has the same chance, first contract in wins. About everything else you are talking about I dont know, I care about what goes on now. 6 years ago is a long time and in the 6 years since I left I have never had any issues with anyone over there.

First to contract works well IF all isos and in house reps get the same offers (offer size, rates, terms, etc) and equal chance to close deal. If it deviates from that,it has transparency issues. The 30 day protection from submission had its downfalls as well- isos would submit and never get the deal funded with the funder, instead , used their uw to get offers and leveraged that with Competitors. The shotgun submission approach led to first to contract.
