I have a Real Estate Co, California
depositing $50K to $100K / Mo roughly
that is doing 2 to 4 deposits per month.

They have been in business over 1 year
and credit is average.

They do not have Real Estate of their own to put up.

They are looking for Capital. This would very likely
be a 1st advance, they have not had existing advances
