OQUITY Funding is seeking a Renewals Sales Representative for the Inside Direct Sales Channel.
Renewals Sales Representatives develop relationships with Small Business owners who are current
OQUITY Funding customers nationwide, who are in need of additional working capital for their businesses.

This role is multi-faceted, but the main duties, will include:

• Managing a portfolio of existing merchants.
• Making calls to generate renewal business from current small business customers in portfolio, to understand current customers’ business needs, gathering updated docs, and explain, and sell the programs the owner qualifies for based on a pre-qualification process.
• Maintaining pipeline and lead follow up.
• Communicate, negotiate and learn to formulate deal structures.
• Update and categorize lead/merchant statuses.
• Negotiate agreements that offer competitive rates in order to achieve the sales goal objectives.
• Develop relationships with our merchants, and various other members of the company through providing a superior level of customer service and sales acumen.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years inside sales experience.
• Contact businesses or private individuals by phone to build a long lasting business relationship.
• Possess the ability to make 75-100 phone calls per day.
• Bring exceptional organizational skills along with the ability to meet deadlines
• Have a proven track record in obtaining monthly sales goals; highly motivated by sales success.
• Possess knowledge of merchant cash advance, and alternative business lending.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in effectively using databases, and CRM’s to maximize productivity.
• Communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, with customers, and employees.
• Strong math skills, including ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission’s proportions and percentages.
• Microsoft Office, CRM, Internet software, E-mail, database software skills and experience required.
• Driven to work hard in a fast paced environment; ability to work effectively and proactively.
• Comfortable working with sensitive data and able to maintain a high degree of discretion
